From Pennsylvania Turnpike
- Take the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 9 north) and exit at "Lehigh Valley" (Exit #33).
- Proceed east on Route 22.
- Proceed south on Route 309 to Exit 54, Route 222/Hamilton Boulevard. Follow the ramp, and bear right onto Route 222 south.
- At the first traffic light, go straight.
- At the next light, turn left onto Krocks Road.
- At the next light, turn right onto Hamilton Boulevard.
- After the next light (where there is a Hess gas station and a bank on your left), you will see a complex of office buildings on your left; there's a sign, "Shepherd Hills Center."
- Turn left onto Shepherd Lane, and then left into our parking lot.
- The Medstar Building is the center one, 5920 Hamilton Boulevard. Park in the top of the lot, and use the entrance on that side of the building.
From Center City Philadelphia
- Take I-676 west (Vine Street Expressway).
- I-676 west becomes I-76 west.
- Continue on I-76 west to I-476 north, immediately after the Conshohocken Exit.
- Continue on I-476 north until you come to the entrance to the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
- Take the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 9 north) and exit at "Lehigh Valley" (Exit #33).
- Proceed east on Route 22.
- Proceed south on Route 309 to Exit 54, Route 222/Hamilton Boulevard. Follow the ramp, and bear right onto Route 222 south.

- At the next light, turn right onto Hamilton Boulevard.

From Philadelphia Airport
- Follow the Industrial Highway southwest toward the airport exit.
- Make a slight right onto Bartram Avenue.
- Take I-95 south.
- Continue on I-95 to I-476 north.
- I-476 north becomes Pennsylvania Turnpike northeast extension to Allentown.
- Take the northeast extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Route 9 north) and exit at "Lehigh Valley" (Exit #33).
- Proceed east on Route 22.

- Go through Lincoln Tunnel and follow signs for the New Jersey Turnpike.
- Proceed south on the turnpike to Exit 14.
- Go through the tollbooth and follow signs for I-78 west.
- Continue on I-78 to Exit 54, Route 222/Hamilton Boulevard. Follow the ramp and bear right onto Route 222 south.
- At the first traffic light, go straight.
